Anthony Simpkins partner/director of original content

Inspired by the likes of Alan Lomax's field recordings, Anthony started his own web series in 2010. Since then he has covered thousands of miles and garnered millions of views on the GemsOnVHS youtube, hopping trains or packing into artist's kitchens to get the shot. He has made content for Nashville Scene magazine and Native magazine. At 5Folds Creative, he enjoys challenging himself and the crew to produce great content. In his spare time he enjoys playing banjo.

You might find Tim’s music videos on-rotation on CMT or find his stop-motion work on Instagram. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee - Knoxville where he concentrated on photography and film studies.
